Supermaxx provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our Services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, bond cleans, window cleaning, and specialized cleaning requests.

Products and equipment will be provided by Supermaxx Cleaning Services however a client can request otherwise in case they have particular equipment they own that they can request us to use.

Service requests can be made through our phone, or email. Services made before cleans will be factored into the quote. Any services made after the quote has been sent or on sight can be charged separately depending or requests. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Supermaxx Cleaning.

Our pricing is based on the type and scope of Services requested. A detailed quote will be provided prior to the commencement of Services. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and operational costs.

Payment for Bond Cleans will include an initial 50% deposit before the clean and the rest after the clean is complete.

The Client must make sure access to all cleaning areas are unobstructed. Our workers will not move any heavy items or furniture unless agreed to beforehand.

It is the Client’s Responsibility to ensure there are no hazards in working zones such as pests, slippery surfaces, etc. Failure to do so will result in services termination and loss of deposit.
