Yes, we provide all equipment required for your clean. However, if you have your own preferred equipment, we are happy to use it if that is your preference.

Yes, we do! Please request a free quote for more information.

We will travel to the property at a convenient time for you and discuss the work you want done. We will answer any questions you may have and will sort out the appropriate time for your clean once you are happy with the quote.

We do not charge hourly rates; we provide a quote depending on the size of the area that needs to be cleaned and the scope of work you want done.

We service all of Brisbane area and are happy to travel to surrounding areas.

We understand that life takes unexpected turns randomly so in case something happens we ask you to give as much notice as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your clean to another day.

Yes, we love pets, however we ask the client, if possible, to secure your fur babies during the clean so it can go as smoothly as possible. For their safety, our safety and no fluffy distractions!

Yes, we provide all training for new staff employees which include a presentation and hands on training.

We provide invoices with bank transfer details.

We work anytime between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. However, if a clean is required earlier or later, we are happy to discuss it with you and work around your needs.

No, we would usually reschedule the clean to the next available day however, if it is urgent we would work it with an additional fee.
